if i could give zero stars, i would. i made a appointment for my mother because of the reviews. they charge me $75 off my card for a cancellation fee when i rescheduled. my mom called to see what was up and the manager said 'oh i just assumed you'd cancel' dumbest thing ever. don't listen to the reviews. they're unprofessional and won't refund me my money.<br>i was at work so i couldn't make the call.<br>they kept saying my mother was cancelling when she didn't. and my mother told them i would dispute the charge and the manager got very upset at my mother. very lucky i wasn't there or on that call.<br><br>i'll tell you that.<br><br>edit; they were being very rude and defensive due to the topic of disputing the charge saying<br>"i have all the evidence!"<br><br>my mother is a very professional woman and speaks in professional manner. the one who was being IRATE. was you.<br><br>please. keep that call as evidence. that charge will be disputed , i'd be angry too if there were unprofession

Hi, Sahrizu. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. The information stated is not accurate. Your mother called an hour before her appointment to reschedule her appointment. Our policy states that you must reschedule 12 hours prior to the appointment or it would be treated as a no show and get charged the full amount of the service. As a courtesy, we only charged half of the service and let her know that she can put it towards her next appointment. When we tried to reschedule her appointment, s

The spa has an amazing atmosphere, and the treatment felt even more amazing.<br>Having extremely oily skin, it was nice being educated on everything going on and what I should be doing moving forward. I left there feeling like my skin could breath for once, would 10 outta 10 recommend

Tatiana was amazing! She handled my face and skin so gently and my skin has never looked or felt better. The extraction process wasn't painful at all. Would recommend a hundred times!
