Had a fantastic experience at Baked Meringue in Ridgefield Park. This is such a great spot if you're looking for beautiful desserts that actually taste as good as they look. Their Dominican-style cakes and Tres Leches are especially worth checking out, and I love that they put so much attention into both the flavor and presentation.<br><br>You can really tell that the cakes are made with care. Everything has that fresh, homemade quality, and there are plenty of options whether you're looking for something sweet for yourself or a custom cake for a special occasion.<br><br>The owner was also a pleasure to talk to. I really enjoyed our conversation, and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she creates and in making sure her customers have a great experience.<br><br>Overall, Baked Meringue is a fantastic local business in Ridgefield Park. Beautiful cakes, delicious desserts, and an owner who genuinely cares about what she does. Definitely worth checking out!

I ordered a cake for my baby shower. They were easy to communicate with. I am thankful to them for getting the cake ready even though I ordered it only a week prior to my event. The cake was very moist and tasted good and everybody who came to the party loved it.
