Building is so disgusting! Please do not come and rent here you're better off living in your car! We've had multiple things break in our apartment that needed fixing. They never send anyone to come and fix them for us! Laundry rooms are terrible! Rug and floor are all stained. Trash bin in the back are always filled with wild life. Please don't rent here!!!

IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STARS I WOULD. The building is absolutely disgusting and dirty. Laundry rooms are disgusting and work every other month if that. Elevator is disgusting with unidentifiable liquids on the floor. The garbage in the back of the building is atrocious and has caused a fly infestation along with wild life such as raccoons, possums, skunks and more and multiple tenants feed stray cats and the cats have been seen jumping on vehicles. So it is completely unsafe to walk to your car comfortably due to the various animals back there.

The building is not cleaned, the laundry rooms are dirty, the rugs are molded and smell bad. Due to the trash builder up there is an infestation of flies in my apartment. Below are pics of the laundry rooms and elevator.

Apartments are very spacious and recently updated . HOWEVER the foundation of the building is cheap ! You can hear the person above you phone vibrate I'm not kidding that's how thin the floors are. Also Anytime someone above you take a bath there's water that builds up until your ceiling eventually cracks. DO NOT PICK A GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT . Every time there is heavy rain your apartment floods! Been going through this for over a year and the management office and owners have constantly ignored me and my concerns to the point I had to get the city inspectors involved ! It's really sad and they are unprofessional and don't care about their tenants!
