  This was an absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. From the initial interaction, the company was rude and dismissive, immediately claiming that our belongings required additional truck space and pressuring us to pay for more square footage despite the fact that customers are not given a clear or reasonable way to independently calculate or verify the amount of space being charged.<br><br>The issues continued when the truck broke down approximately one hour before our scheduled arrival. We were told the delivery would be postponed until the following day, yet the truck still failed to arrive within the provided 11:00 AM-1:00 PM window and did not show up until approximately 2:30 PM. We were also informed that our belongings would arrive one or two days after our move-in date. Instead, we waited three weeks for our belongings to arrive.   STAY AWAY this place is terrible green van or one stop location do not book go anywhere else. The second they came to pick up they were ready to charge more there not professional at ALL. They only pick up when its time to charge you money oh and they were late on the 2nd day there were supposed to pick up. We have moved 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for all of our stuff.

  My interstate move turned into a nightmare with Green Van Linea (also operating as One Stop Relocation)<br><br>What started as a professional booking quickly became deceptive and disorganized. The company changed names between booking and contract, which should have been my first red flag. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process, and once they had my belongings, everything went downhill.<br><br>Delivery was delayed by over a month, leaving my wife and I living without our belongings and forcing me to incur additional expenses. I later learned our items were still sitting in a truck or maybe a warehouse across the country, while they waited to bundle loads, something that was never disclosed upfront.<br><br>When my shipment finally arrived, multiple items were damaged, and some were clearly tampered with. A sealed container I personally secured was returned opened, with items missing. This is beyond negligence, it raises serious concerns about how they handle customers'

  BEWARE, SCAM MOVERS!! I strongly recommend avoiding Cross Country Movers DOT# US DOT: 2780116 MC: 925601 and Green Van Lines aka One Stop Relocation if you're planning an interstate move. My initial booking was with Cross Country Movers and then transitioned to Green Van Lines, but my contract and paperwork later reflected a different company name, "One Stop Relocation," which was not clearly explained upfront. This created confusion about who was actually responsible for my move.<br><br>My shipment was picked up on Feb 11, 2026, and delivered on March 16, 2026, far beyond the promised timeframe.
