  Too expensive , even just to use their payroll feature, because I don't have any customer at my plant but use Arbelsoft software just too use the payroll feature, they charge $1145 per year for that<br>They do not have automatic updates of any new features or updates even if you have yearly maintenance contract of $1000, I have to ask if there are any updates<br>Very disappointed and dissatisfied

  I'm very disappointed with this company and their solution. I've been using this POS system since 2018 and have paid a significant amount over the years (around $190/month for 7 years, totaling more than $16,000). Despite this cost, there have been no meaningful new features or improvements.<br><br>The monthly fee is roughly three times higher than what most competing POS systems charge, and the hardware itself is outdated, extremely heavy, and relies on old wired equipment.<br><br>I sold my business a few weeks ago, and unsurprisingly, the new owner was not interested in continuing with such an expensive and outdated system. I was required to return the hardware (from 2018), which cost me $700 in shipping due to its weight. On top of that, the company charged me additional fees, claiming the equipment was damaged. It wasn't damaged--it was simply old.<br><br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Arbelsoft at all

  I've been use abrbelsoft drycleaning program for 18 years . Thier system and customer service is simply the best.<br>If you looking for drycleaning. Laundromat software and system don't waste your time to check other company product.

  I was introduced to Arbelsoft from my distributor when opening up my new laundromat. He has been using Arbelsoft for his 8 locations and never had any major issues. So I took a shot and purchased the LaundroMax sytem and, am so glad I did. The POS for wash dry & fold works seamlessly and effortlessly. I've got nothing but praise for this company and their product. But most of all, I have to give a shout out to Merfil. He is the most patient and understanding of any tech support person I've ever encountered. Thank you for a wonderful product and more importantly, for the awesome support!
