I come every Sunday, but this time I wasn't let in for the first time by the employees. There was still 1 hour before the closing, but they said we were closed and threw me out.

No hot water! They charge extra for hot water, and there's no hot water. Be aware, please.

They won't let you in after 10pm, even though the place closes at 12am. The first time this happened to me it was 11:05pm, I just needed to wash and not dry, but I understood and left. The second time I got there at 10:25pm and they wouldn't let me in and told me no one is allowed after 10pm. Washer only takes 45 min and dryer takes 20 min, I would've been in and out before 12am. This policy is honestly so ridiculous; the convenience of this place is not worth the headache the staff gives and its random policies.

Hello, to anyone that is thinking about going to this place go support another local laundry mat. This place has no working washing machines. I came to my clothes showing this error code only wet and not washed. Their magnets don't function to keep the washing machine closed. I went to the lady in the front and nothing was done. Please the ever loving God go to another place so your clothes can actually get washed and it will be cheaper.
