I was referred to The Body Shop after trying another PT facility, and I'm so glad I made the switch. The staff are incredibly attentive and clearly take your recovery seriously, nothing feels rushed or impersonal. The environment is cozy and welcoming, which makes a real difference when you're going through physical therapy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that combines genuine care with quality treatment.
