I went to this office for an eye exam with Dr. Favetta and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I explained my previous prescriptions for both my glasses and contact lenses to the doctor because I knew what my prescription had been for years. During the exam, I felt like the testing was not done thoroughly. I was put into machines, but I was not properly asked to read or compare what I could see. At one point, the testing was done while I was wearing my glasses.<br><br>I was then given a prescription that was different from what I had always had. I trusted the doctor and assumed everything was correct, so I had my lenses changed at the office, which cost me about $230. However, once I received my new glasses, I could barely see through them. I immediately knew something was wrong.<br><br>I decided to get a second opinion from another eye doctor, and they told me that my glasses had the wrong prescription. Second time that I see Dr Chandrase for my eye tearing. She is very professional and takes her time to explain every detail.
