Complete Rubbish ! There are no techs to help with your needs. It took me 4 hours to get someone on the phone who can authorize a new life-safety program to a work station. Geek Girls hold your business hostage until they can free up an overseas tech to call you back. Disgraceful ! They can't be in business too much longer like this.

This is not a customer of ours. This is a fake review and a fake profile. The profile photo is a stock photo taken from another page: https://share.google/QYWVVWD3bqz36wt6M<br><br>For the record, none of our techs are overseas. <br><br>This "review" clearly violates Google's terms, but Google refused to take it down when we reported it. They sent us a form letter claiming they had "investigated."

I bought a new laptop and I needed all the data transferred from the old one. Nancy, the lady I spoke to to set up the appointment, was friendly, helpful, and respectful. Dan, the tech who came to my residence, was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and efficient. He completely answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand and patiently explained step-by-step what needed to be done and what was being done. The price was very reasonable. I could not ask for a better experience.

Geek Girls is the best! They have been helping me with all things computer for over 15 years. Minor problems, major problems, it doesn't matter, they fix it quickly, completely and for a reasonable price. Definitely the best IT help I've ever used.
