  Oh my. They were so sweet accommodated us with a lot of things. We had our daughter's sweet 16 on 8.23. The food was AMAZING.<br>Cake was amazing. Everyone had a blast.<br>If you ever need an event space this is the place.

  I had my daughter's Quinceanera at the Elan and it was PERFECT. Beautiful venue, delicious food and drinks; friendly and attentive staff; Erika and Harry were AMAZING; exceptional event planning and coordination. Overall highly recommended for your next special event!

  My wife and I held our 10-year wedding vow renewal anniversary celebration at The Elan on August 15, 2026, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.<br><br>Before the event, we were told that if we brought our own tablecloths, chair covers, and similar items, the staff would place them for us so we could focus on our own decorations, centerpieces, balloons, photo booths, and other setup responsibilities. We were also told we would be allowed into the venue at approximately 9:30 a.m. to begin setting up.<br><br>Unfortunately, neither of those arrangements happened as expected. We were not allowed in at the agreed-upon time, and we ended up having to handle setup work ourselves that we believed the staff would be taking care of. Because of the lost time, we were unable to completely set up everything we had planned, and the event did not begin the way we intended.<br><br>This was also disappointing from a business standpoint.   My husband and I enlisted The Elan to celebrate our 10 Vows Renewal / Wedding Anniversary celebration. On Aug 12,2026 I attended the food tasting with my aunt. The food was delicious but at end I was very disappointed and embarrassed. Every quest was presented with a sample box of cakes. Even though I made an outside purchase of cupcakes for my event, they came to my table and took back the box while all eyes was on me as if I did something wrong. I never felt so embarrassed and disappointed. That same day I dropped off my linen, chargers to be placed on the tables as I were told they would and didn't. We were told someone would be there at 9:30am on Aug 15 to let us in to setup and the person didn't arrive until a bit after 10:00am. Once my family entered, no one knew where my items were so they are looking all over the place to find the items. Next my aunt brings to the attention that there was some type of leak and there is no ac. My aunt spoken to Erika was informed the leak was no

  I am truly sorry your vow renewal was so stressful and upsetting; reading this, I understand how embarrassed, hungry, and let down you and your guests felt. <br>What you describe--the cake box incident at tasting, late access and missing linens, the leak/AC problems, the broken mirror, and not having food available despite your diabetes--is unacceptable and we take full responsibility. <br>We are launching an immediate review of our event check-in, staffing and facilities procedures, retraining

  I had the most amazing experience having my bridal shower at the Elan. Could not have asked for a better venue or a better team to help make such an important day so special. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Maria. She was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. She was attentive, kind, organized and genuinely made me feel taken care of throughout the entire event. I never had to worry about whether something was being handled becuase I knew Maria had it under control. She went above and beyond to makesure I was actually able to enjoy my bridal shower without worrying about the logistics.<br><br>I also want to thank Erika, the general manager for being so helpful and accommodating throughout the process<br><br>The vendors were amazing as well! Lodi flowers did the most beautiful flower bar and Juliana Bridal did an absolutely gorgeous job with the decor.<br><br>Special Thank You to Maria, Erika, Lodi Flower and a juliana Bridal!!!
