  We had a great experience with Lannon Builders. Will Lannon completed a variety of carpentry projects in our home, including mounting a television, replacing kitchen cabinet hinges, installing pantry shelving, and replacing our laundry closet doors.<br><br>We were especially impressed with the laundry closet door replacement. The doors had to be custom-fit into an existing opening, and the solid wood double doors look dramatically better than what they replaced. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent.<br><br>Will is extremely pleasant to work with, professional, and very receptive to instructions. He communicates clearly and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. We would gladly recommend Lannon Builders and would not hesitate to work with Will again.

  Will Lannon is excellent. Will is very collaborative and works with us to find solutions, including researching various options, materials, etc. He is also a pleasure to interact with - super nice and friendly. We could not ask for a better home improvement partner.

  Two years after my kitchen was put in by a contractor, it became clear that an upper set of cabinets was detaching from the wall. Additionally, my dishwasher was also never properly attached and constantly moved. I called Will and he was able to fix both problems in a short visit. He got the cabinets back in place without taking them down and installed several screws for each one into the studs (he was very careful and deliberate and took his time with the process). And he installed the brackets I had bought onto the dishwasher. I was really happy to find someone competent and polite who could get these small lingering issues fixed! It's been several months now, and I haven't had any issues. I will definitely use them again.

  I've hired Will and his team for several jobs in the past months and they have been outstanding. Will is very honest, responsive, and detail oriented. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the work he did for us including painting our new home. Everything turned out so beautifully and the price was also very fair. I would highly recommend Will & team to anyone looking for painting/handyman/home improvement help in Astoria.
