1 STAR -- ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE<br><br>If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My experience with Land Rover Englewood was unacceptable from beginning to end.<br><br>I dropped my vehicle off Thursday morning for a scheduled service appointment because I had a flight to catch. I expected my vehicle to be serviced in a timely manner. Instead, no one contacted me until Friday afternoon an entire day later just to obtain the signatures and authorization needed to begin the diagnostic process.<br><br>I specifically told my service representative that I needed my vehicle back by Monday because I was returning from my trip. When I contacted the dealership Monday morning for an update, I received no response. I called again Tuesday morning and was then told, unbelievably, "We haven't even looked at your car."<br><br>My vehicle had been sitting there since Thursday morning, and nobody had even inspected it.<br><br>At that point, I told them to pull my vehicle out because I would
