The bar drops every other throw, the place isn't pleasant, the staff speaks to you with contempt, and the lanes aren't maintained. I don't recomend it

Terrible service and awful customer care<br>We went to have a good time, and the experience was completely disastrous. The machine was broken; when the ball arrived, the mechanism lowered automatically, making it impossible for us to play. Instead of fixing the technical issue or moving us to another lane/machine, the staff's only solution was to take the balls away. We couldn't play properly at all. To make matters worse, when we complained, their response was that "we had already finished the game," completely dodging any responsibility. Terrible customer service, I don't recommend this place at all.

We had a really frustrating time here. The lane we were assigned was broken; the pinsetter sweep kept coming down too early on the second throw, which blocked our shots and made us lose our points. The balls kept getting stuck in the middle of the lane because they were hitting the guard rail before reaching the pins.<br> Terrible customer service and poorly maintained lanes. Would not recommend.
