  If I could give them zero stars, I would definitely do so. For over years I have been having issues with my sink in my apartment. Multiple plumbers have been sent. Super has stopped by and checked out the sink and nothing has been done. Nothing has been fixed. I put in maintenance request over and over via the app. I called the office once I see that my maintenance request has been ignored And that's when they decide to take action even though the action that they decide to take. Has already been done before and there's no actual urgency in getting a professional over to fix my issue. I have been unable to use my sink cook for my family due to this problem there for I have been paying But not receiving full services Last time I spoke with somebody at the office they left me talking on my own and hung up the phone on me very unprofessionally. Mismanagement company it's very unpleasant Please do not move your family into any apartment they manage...

  I rented a unit where the owner was Rosanna Gonzalez-Rivas, and her sister Sonia Rivas -- a licensed agent at Michael Brower Realty -- acted as the main point of contact.<br><br>I gave early notice before moving out and fully cooperated with showings to help the landlord re-rent the unit. I was told there would be no penalties.<br><br>Despite vacating the unit responsibly and returning the keys and parking tags, my $2,050 security deposit was not returned.<br><br>There was no written or verbal agreement that the deposit would be forfeited. Sonia, as a licensed real estate professional, handled communication in an inconsistent and misleading way.<br><br>I am currently pursuing a claim through New Jersey Small Claims Court.<br><br>I'm sharing this experience to help others make informed decisions when working with this agent and landlord.

  If I can give them 0 stars I would, if you have a love one living in a unit managed by MBR please note that you have to be on top of them for everything. From multiple failed inspections die to safety concerns, to having to wait a year to place a working a.c. We even had to threaten them with calling the state cause still in December they chose not to address the no heat issue.

  I had a terrible experience with Michael Brower Realty at a property they manage in Hackensack, NJ. While assisting a disabled family member, I was harassed by the building superintendent WHILE DOING LAUNDRY<br>who falsely accused me of spitting on him and verbally abused us. When I reported this to management, they did nothing and even supported the superintendent's behavior. The building also has unresolved safety and maintenance issues that put residents, especially those with disabilities, at risk. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
