  Inspector Rich did not inspect. I suppose the first red flag was that the inspection was over too soon. Our freezing house, and frozen pipes prompted us to take a peek into our crawl space which showed the insulation had literally FALLEN OFF. This insulation issue, in addition to cracked shower tiles and a non working HVAC unit could have easily been resolved by the builder if it had made it to the inspection report. It's amazing how you can hire someone to do a job, pay the fee, and find out the job wasn't done.
