I recently attended a wedding in NJ and Liberty Parking Services was the valet. Unfortunately, when the attendant returned my vehicle to me it had a flat tire. At the time there was a bit of back and forth between the attendant, me, his manager on the phone, and the manager of the country club. No one seemed to want to take responsibility. My position was they were in possession of my car and returned it with a flat, so they are responsible. Meanwhile my husband was changing the tire in the rain in his suit.<br>After some email and phone communications, Chris at Liberty called me to make it right. He paid for the tire replacement 100% which was the right thing to do. I appreciate Chris making things right.

This valet company went above and beyond. Came for my mom's birthday and they opened the doors, looked sharp and were super attentive.

I went to Toca Vez last night with my husband and the valet service was exceptional and courteous and respectful!!!! I highly recommend, and would like to make sure a young man by the name of Sammy found my phone and returned it back to me with a professional smile! Punctual and very satisfied!
