I love this studio! Lyn is an amazing teacher. She challenges you to find your practice on and off the mat while still having fun. Lyn has over 20 years experience teaching power yoga. I highly recommend her and the studio.

Lyn Kehoe power yoga is my happy place! It adds perfect balance to my life mentally and physically. If you haven't been this is the place for you. I like almost 30 minutes away but it is always worth the drive!

Had another class with Lyn this morning and just had to post how wonderful a teacher she is and how much her style of power yoga has meant to me. This is the single best thing I do for the overall health of my body, mind, and spirit!! Try it-- you'll love it!
