  I want to first acknowledge the gentleman who initially helped us. He was working by himself and was trying his best to assist but it appears the "manager" he was speaking to on the phone that he referred to as "boss" was giving him mixed information. Initially my mother and myself came to cash a check from a dealer. We were told as long as the check passes through their check verification process it wouldn't be an issue. We waited nearly 30 minutes while they created a profile, ran the check through their system and also call the dealership to verify the check (which may I mention is a global well known entity), and everything passed. The gentleman even asked how would we like the cash back but then he receives a call from his "boss" that apparently told him the check is high risk and he will not take chances cashing it. Mind you as I mentioned earlier the check passed all internal processes. When I asked for clarification, the gentleman said Initially, the "boss" stated the dealershi

  My experience there has been great, since 2014, until this year must be new staffing, being judgmental, mind you customer service poor, and saying to me a customer oh u always have issue with ur card like ??? And of course me I am a mom not belittling myself to these young I would say in twenties on 07/27/26 late afternoon close to evening after 6pm, was rude charge 24.90 money order plus 2.49. I had mad an error in money order they did correct but gave me back 619.00 cash my card was charged 647.39, they said is card fee I said ok pretty steep , I did not argue it questioned cause I payed and then paid on top additional 2 dollars again. Point is matter she was in rush to leave, told customer she was tending go to other cashier I gotta leave. And had told cashier guy that was tending me what to do and talking ishh in front very non professional .....

  I have been using this company for years and they always come through in a pinch....missed the bank because the hours are ridiculous- NO WORRIES !!!<br>24/7 they are available and always with a smile !!
