    Hackensack Nails used to be my go-to, but my last visit was terrible.<br>Magdaly did a UV gel manicure that cracked within days, and when I returned, she wouldn't speak to me directly -- instead passing everything to the owner, Kim. Rather than acknowledge the issue, Kim blamed my nails, even though they were perfectly fine after my previous gel set with Linda. The gel removal Kim did was extremely rough and left my nails painfully thin and raw -- they're still burning and splitting two weeks later.<br><br>I can't recommend this salon anymore (sorry linda) -- no service is worth this pain. <br><br>p.s. -- Kim told me the reason my nails were done poorly was because I "don't bring her new clients." I cant even wrap my head around that..

    I used to get a pedicure done all the time with the Hispanic ladies... last time the "owner" did it, and Ugg felt like she was in a rush! Not satisfied
