  I am FORMER tenant, I am extremely unhappy with this building and would strongly advise anyone to think twice before moving in or purchasing property here. The association and management are very unreliable and irresponsible. They add charges to tenants without clear explanation or justification, which feels unfair and unprofessional.<br>The property has a serious roach problem, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. The building often smells bad, especially in the hallways, and it is not properly maintained. The stairs are rarely cleaned, and dead roaches can sit there for months without being removed. Many of the residents are also nosy and unfriendly, which makes the overall living experience even more unpleasant.<br>Although the superintendent is very kind and helpful, the management company is extremely disappointing.<br><br>They charge a non-refundable $500 fee just to move in or out and enforce strict time limits for moving. They are quick to issue violations for minor issue

  Clean, well maintained building with decent amenities like a laundry room, community room, pool, and on-site super. Apartments are cozy and spacious. They have a new management company since last year, which has been doing a great job overall.

  I lived here six years ago and I loved it! The apartment was spacious and the building was always clean. The neighbors were kind and well mannered. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The building manager at the time; Brigid was proactive and highly involved.

  I have lived here nearly 6 years and cannot stress enough DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management--Taylor management is the worse. I have had a hole in my bathroom ceiling since August due to a flood upstairs--- it is now February. No attempts have been made to fix. It is covered with plastic smh<br><br>Taylor management you should be ashamed. Poorly managed condo that takes no accountability. On top of the barely there heat there is Drafty old windows so I'm constantly running heaters in the winter to stay warm causing my electric bill to be sky high.<br><br>Intercom system/key fob to enter building often brakes. Older building with old pipes so lots of plumbing issues.<br><br>Save yourself the headache. Dont move here. I cant wait to leave!!!
