My wife and I had a great time at Big Snow American Dream. I've been looking for a cheaper way for my wife to try Skiing and what a better way than taking her in the middle of summer!?<br><br>I have to give a shoutout to 2 special staff here: Joe and Otter. These two immediately introduced themselves when we entered the slope area and spent a bunch of their personal time helping my wife and I learn the ropes. They were both so caring, friendly, and nice! These are the type of ideal employees any business wants interacting with their customers.<br><br>Overall it was a great experience and my wife was able to ski the smaller slope solo after just about an hour of teaching. We both had a ton of fun and it's safe to say that we may have found a new hobby to do together.<br><br>Joe and Otter, thank you for being so helpful and for all you do for your customer base. You both are STELLAR employees and I really appreciated all that you did to help out!
