I called up to schedule an appointment for power wash and window cleaning. He said they could come that day! I said I didn't want it that day~ I wanted it closer to a special event I was having but he said he could power wash now and then come back and do the windows. Which I agreed to. Well they power washed and left soap scum and water stains? All over the windows ......AND my vinyl siding actually has mold on it. (which wasn't there before!) I guess they didn't really use that much soap or bleach? Needless to say they never showed up three weeks later for their appointment to clean the windows. I guess they forgot, which I didn't bother reminding them about after witnessing their shotty work.I used this company for many years, but it looks like there's a different owner now. I am now getting Blue ocean window cleaning a month later to power wash AGAIN and do my windows. They have way better reviews. Used the coupon in our local flyer ..the team was absolutely wonderful ! Our home looks brand new !! had the exterior white siding powerwased and also our gutters. The guys were very respectful of our property . We would not hesitate to use them again .

I engaged [A1 Best pressure wash] to clean the exterior of my home. Unfortunately, what was promised and what was delivered couldn't be further apart.<br><br>Initially, the representatives were prompt and eager to secure the job. They assured me of their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Regrettably, that commitment vanished the moment they received payment.<br><br>The first red flag was the rushed and shoddy workmanship. Instead of the thorough cleaning I anticipated, they left behind streaks, missed spots, and even some areas that seemed untouched. It was clear they had cut corners to finish quickly.<br><br>Attempting to address these issues, I contacted them for a follow-up. Here's where the real disappointment sets in: they flat-out refused to return. Despite their advertised satisfaction guarantee, they provided excuse after excuse, avoiding responsibility and refusing to honor their commitment to customer service.<br><br>It's disheartening to see a company
