I cannot recommend Lu enough! She did all of the balloons and centerpieces for my son's 1st birthday, and everything was absolutely stunning. She completely brought my vision to life, and every single detail was beautiful. We received so many compliments throughout the party!<br>What impressed me even more was her incredible dedication and customer service. Part of the balloon arch started to fall, and without hesitation she drove 45 minutes back to my party just to fix it. That level of care, professionalism, and pride in her work is so rare these days, and it meant so much to me.<br>If you're looking for someone who is talented, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients, look no further. I am beyond grateful for everything she did and will absolutely be using her again for future events. Thank you for making my son's special day so beautiful!

Luisa did the balloons for my pharmacy grand opening; she was punctual, reliable and did a great job. She even extended herself and helped me decorate inside the pharmacy, which was not included in our agreement. She is a sweet lady who works with dedication and love. I definitely recommend her.
