  Pia Jayatilake is an exceptional Realtor. I had nothing but a great experience with her from the very get go to the very end and beyond. She would go out of her way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. She was always there to answer any questions at any given time and always there to help me resolve a couple of unforeseen issues that creeped up on me. She is highly knowledgeable, very patient and the nicest kindest person to deal with and this is what sets her apart from any other Realtor. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.

  Pia helped me both sell a house and buy a house. She is very customer oriented and pays attention to every little detail from beginning to end. She has great communication skills and is very diligent in following up on any questions and keeping the client informed through every step in the selling and buying process. Buying/selling a house is a very stressful situation but Pia helped ease the stress and burden by providing a list of lenders, attorneys, home inspection companies, survey companies, moving companies etc. I would not hesitate to use Pia again for any future real estate needs!

  Pia is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a realtor that cares, Pia is the one. She was with us from the beginning and walked us through until we closed on our new home. We are extremely grateful. Five stars are not enough...Pia deserves a standing ovation. Thank you for caring!
