This particular location doesn't have doctors that are consistent. That would be okay if each doctor didn't have a different assessment if my dogs health. While the doctor that took care of my dog seemed caring, he didn't have his annual dental cleaning. I totally get that she was being cautious but their services are use it or lose it. She didn't tell me when it would be safe for him to get his teeth cleaned but covered a bunch if services that are not covered in his wellness plan. Also he has had bad side effects since I started a new med she prescribed for him. Now this means I'll have to call them and I won't be guaranteed to speak to the same doctor. Another doctor may have a different opinion. The lack if consistency is of concern. The front desk staff being friendly and caring is not enough. I may need to consider going to a private vet next year instead of renewing his OWP. And other locations haven't been much better. This is the second Banfield location Ive taken my dog to. I

The vet explained that my pet was in good health, asked me if I had any concerns or questions. She was friendly and courteous when it came to my concerns. I have been taking my pets to Banfield for many years and always been satisfied with their service, i highly recommend Banfield and always will.

My dog Zeus has high anxiety. The Staff had a lot of patience and compassion for my dog. They made him feel loved and welcome and all the staff was extremely Professional, I will be gladly taking my dog for future services with Banfield in Garfield
