  I am writing this review after using this product for over a year for my beloved 15-year-old Schnauzer, who has diabetes, kidney disease, and a history of pancreatitis, using the low-fat chicken recipe prescribed by my local veterinarian.<br><br>Every month, the box arrived in poor condition with clear signs of neglect. On average, in an order of 26 pouches, at least 6 to 8 came damaged and unsealed, with cuts or damaged corners; the broken packages were usually leaking. Additionally, about 1 out of every 3 deliveries arrived with at least half of the packages completely thawed and almost at room temperature, with no dry ice remaining in the box and poor insulation.<br><br>Following basic safety and regulatory standards, I have to throw away any unsealed packages. I must then use the thawed ones within 2 days, usually feeding them to my other dog who doesn't even need this prescription diet, just so the food doesn't go to waste.<br><br>I am leaving this review after contacting the comp

That's what matters most to us.<br><br>We'd like to provide some additional context for anyone reading this review. Each time damaged pouches were reported, we replaced them at no cost and investigated the issue with the carrier. In six years of shipping our diets, we have only seen comparable pouch damage involving four packets total reported by two customers. Unfortunately, we were unable to

  My 15 year old yorkie is such a picky eater but she loves the lamb and chicken meals! Her vet recommended this brand and I love the fact that we can support a local business! Service and delivery are also super efficient.

  After my French bulldog (10 yrs) got diagnosed with MUE , we were in search for food that was safe for pancreas and kidney function. After a bad pancreatitis setback we were recommended Nine and line by our primary vet.<br><br>Our dog has been on cooked food diet all<br>His life but, they were not low in fat. We've been on nine & line for few months now and have been extremely happy. The transparency of<br>Ingredients has made it a great supplement for<br>Our dog. The food is nice and clean and arrives fresh every 3 weeks for us . We cannot be happier with our choice! Thankfully have not seen any issues with his pancreas ever since we started. Very grateful to have a brand cater to doggies that are sick or have very specific needs .

  Great company. Easy to work with. Send messages and get a quick answer. My Frenchies love their food. Tried other raw meals, theirs are the best. Looks and smells like real food. Won't feed my dogs any other brand. They care about our dogs and it shows in the quality of diets and their service.

  My dog refused canned kidney food but LOVES Nine & Line's early kidney diet in chicken! And the orders work seamlessly, with excellent and fast customer service if needed. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with!

  I can't say enough how great and healthy this food is. My dog, Buddy, has chronic bowl disease and the low fat options have eliminated Buddy's symptoms. Bravo.
