    The old man in there fixed my jacket in 3 minutes and didn't even charge me and refused to take the tip.

    In the past we have had a bad experience with this Genty's Cleaner,we have been customers for almost 15 years but recently this service has gone downhill .I had 2 pairs of pants hemmed for my husband and brought 1 a week later when I picked it up from the cleaning the pants were not hemmed. When I returned to them they told me they would review the video cameras but I don't understand why. His wife started screaming that they had made up .She said that I had brought new pants to make them. and then she charged me again for the same service. I would never recommend the service no more for after 15 years to Customer there. Sad
