I have visited LifeTime Studio many times and have participated in the classes as well and all I can say is it's always been a welcoming experience. The instructors and staff are always attentive and go out of their way to motivate us towards our goals. Would definitely recommend!!!

Lifteme Studio Gym is exceptional! From the friendly staff to the well-maintained equipment, it's a top-notch place for fitness. The supportive community and diverse classes make workouts enjoyable. This gym has truly transformed my fitness journey - I can't recommend it enough!

I joined in August with no regrets. I am pleased and impressed with the trainers knowledge, professionalism and care. BettyAnn Niece is particularly good- she has great techniques and ensures your form is good/correct. I look forward to my workouts with her. Just AWESOME!!!
