Called the office and was kept on hold for a long time. When the front desk finally answered she was rude and hung up on me... what kind of mental health facility does that?

Not a fan of the business side of mental health services. feels like they are in it for the money instead of someone's best interest. will send your bills to debt collections if not paid. as if finances are not a stress in someone's life.

The staff is always welcoming and professional, and the location is beautiful and peaceful, which makes every visit feel comfortable. I always leave feeling heard, supported, and cared for. I can't say enough good things about this place or the amazing people who work here.<br>
