  Be cautious of this company. My neighbor has been dealing with severe issues due to their poor service. Her roof is in terrible condition, with water leaking everywhere in her bedroom, and she's been left to handle the mess on her own. The company is not as capable as they claim, taking money but refusing to take responsibility for the problems they cause. I strongly urge you to avoid this company.

  Worst company ever that doesn't stand behind it's work. Roof is leaking after one year and the owner said he would come back and do repairs and now won't answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and run from his lip service and shoddy work.

  This seems to be the only way Al Kantar responds to customers... through Google reviews. He posted below that 2 reviews are "scammers" but they are not. They are residents in my townhouse complex where Al Kantar took $17,000 and did an absolutely terrible roofing job in August 2022. Starting in September 2023, we have had non-stop leaks in our upstairs bedrooms (which means water is pouring in), and he does not return calls or texts. We recently had Complete Roofing Systems come in after Al Kantar ignored texts and phone calls for approximately 6 months. The last time he answered me was 2/22/24... which is weird bc he responds to negative reviews rather quickly. He also has "read" on which tells me he reads his texts and literally ignores them.<br><br>At first, he stated he was going to come repair, he then went to "Brazil", and since then he has completely stopped answering any forms of communication.   Don't use this company!!! Roof was done in 2022, nothing but problems!!! They do not stand behind their work, and claim water pouring into bedrooms is a "misunderstanding". New water marks appear on the ceilings of our upstairs bedrooms with every rainstorm. Water has come in two of our bedrooms (one bedroom extremely heavily). They are super unprofessional and don't care after the money is collected. Would 30000% NOT recommend (we've had other roofers come since who say it looks like this company has never installed a roof before). BTW, all we asked for was that the roof was fixed and the inside water damage was addressed and I was ignored, ignored, ignored.<br><br>If you want your inside ceilings to look like the attached pictures, then Al Kantar is your guy. Originally said he would take care of any interior damage bc he knows it was a terrible job done but then completely stopped answering calls and texts. I'm not asking for money, not asking for anything free. Just asking for the

  Al kantar and his crew did my flat townhouse roof in August 2022. By August 2023, water was pouring into my two upstairs bedrooms. He came multiple times to "fix it" and altho the water did eventually stop, damage was done to my inside bedroom ceilings. He acknowledged his error and said he would fix it, but then when the time came to actually fix it (re Sheetrock and paint), he said he wasn't going to do it and turned completely rude. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone based on how he handled this situation. Also the next company who came to fix it said the roof looked like it was done by someone who's never done a flat roof. The whole thing cost us extra money bc of his poor job of saying he could do a job he clearly didn't have experience doing. So poorly handled. Would never use again.
