  Disappointing experience at Mavi Jeans in Garden State Plaza. I had purchased a pair of jeans a few weeks ago. Not cheap. Had not worn them much, nor had they gone through the wash. The rear belt loop broke at some point and is hanging. I took them back to the store to exchange them and was turned away because I didn't still have the tags. I wasn't expecting this to happen so I didn't keep the tags. Never ever had this problem with a pair of jeans. Really crappy customer service.

  I had such an amazing experience at the Mavi Garden State store! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect fit. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive without being pushy, which made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of styles. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great denim and outstanding customer service!
