  We learned about ICS by impressive videos we watched on YouTube with Chris being very informative on different systems that helped us make our decision. We did a lot of research and no other companies came close to ICS. We would also like to compliment the sales representative Chris Falletta who was very professional, informative and knowledgeable with all the different brands and their features which was very helpful with us choosing our new unit. He came to our house on the weekend and spent ample time explaining everything and did not rush us into our decision as we researched several companies none of which offered a J load rating on our home on choosing proper size unit for our home. Chris explained the proper size and features for our needs and explained not just AC units but explained the benefits of the AC/Heat pump unit we chose over just a conventional AC unit. We also had a great experience with Harry Naik the project manager who reached out to us immediately and had our ins

  I was very satisfied with the ICS team that sold and installed a new boiler, hot water heater, and mini-split in my home. They were professional, courteous, and responsive to my questions. The installation was well coordinated and completed on time. I highly recommend them.

  I had scheduled an appointment for maintenance on my ductless units. Victor arrived promptly, surprisingly right on time. Prior to entering the home, he put on shoe protectors as to not get my floors dirty. He was able to clean all six units within a reasonable amount of time and then gave me the update that everything was running smoothly. Jason was great to work with as far as scheduling and follow ups. I feel like I got a full service from them and they are so easy to work with they really know their stuff.

  Very pleased with routine maintenance provided... our tech Jordan was courteous and everything done within a timely fashion. Also received a follow up call from Jason to make sure all was well. Extremely pleased with services provided and grateful for such kind workers.
