  I heard about Mom, s care when I was expecting my first baby from a colleague of mine. We were worried about my postpartum care as we have no family in the US. We contacted Mom's care and I would say it was the best decision we took. The care that I received for 8 weeks was phenomenal and the things I learnt about how to care for the baby being a first-time mom was very helpful. I would suggest to all new moms without any doubt just go for it!

  My caretaker helped me so much in the postpartum recovery process! She was very reliable and caring. She was so diligent in all of her tasks from cleaning the kitchen, cooking, taking care of the baby, helping me with feedings, pumping and more. I was so grateful! She was always on time and was very hardworking.

  Attention all mothers! Don't be afraid to voice your opinions, even if you're exhausted and unable to think clearly. You must stand by your instincts. Don't assume that just because someone is professional or experienced, they are always right. Here's a situation I encountered:<br><br>Mrs. Chang Hannah was sick with a sore throat but insisted on holding the baby to feeding. No common sense.<br>She washed her socks with 3weeks baby clothes.<br><br>Mrs.Kim hit her head. It was hard and loud. (Consulting a doctor, it could lead to a concussion or even blindness.) When preparing the milk, she didn't pay attention to hygiene. She pressed her finger on the nipple while shaking the bottle (just moments after cutting vegetables). She said the pimples on her face were due to fetal toxins, but it was clearly from her touching the baby's face while feeding. Yesterday, during bath time, her head was scraped against the glass door. This morning, I heard a sound, and from the video, I saw her throw

  My advice is to avoid paying the entire fee upfront even if the Wongjangneem insists so that you're not in a situation where you want to terminate your relationship with this business and their poorly trained staff, but you've already forked over thousands of dollars to them. I found the Wongjangneem to be really rude and crass. For example, she blamed my Korean language skills and postpartum condition when there was a misunderstanding on her end with the start date, even though the written contract was in English and clearly outlined the start date.<br><br>The staff the Wonjangnee sent, Mrs. Chun, was also very rude, pushy, and egotistical. The food she made was good, but she was always in a rush and worked dangerously (leaving baby in diaper changing table in the bedroom while she went to the kitchen, pouring hot liquids while holding baby, not following proper infant sleep protocol to prevent SIDS, and falling asleep in the chair while holding baby).   Amazing experience for 3-week live in post partum doula service. Our caregiver, Ms. Kang, was exceptional and helped us with our newborn and my recovery. 100% recommend!
