  As first time homebuyers, in a very competitive market, we were overwhelmed with all the moving parts and felt like we would never find a home. A year and a day ago, Lauren handed us the key to our first home! We still regularly talk about how great Lauren is. We can't underscore enough, how delightful it was to work with Lauren. She really shined through with her local expertise and connections, a seemingly endless market knowledge (she literally had an answer for all our questions), fast and thoughtful responses, her negotiation skills, and just her overall demeanor. If we were to do it all over again, we would pick Lauren every single time.   Lauren Parr represented us in purchasing our fourth home. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Lauren Parr. Lauren is the consummate professional. She did her homework about what our needs were and found several really good homes for. She is very knowledgeable about the Connecticut market, which was very helpful for us coming from Virginia. Lauren is also a very warm and welcoming person. We would highly recommend her.

  Lauren is, simply put, the best! She made our Connecticut house hunt a breeze. She is super knowledgable about the real estate market, very quick to respond and easy to reach (she even called us from vacation to talk us through the process before we started looking at houses) and extremely easy to talk to, which is so important when you're going through the stress of buying a new home. We found our dream house and it's all thanks to Lauren! I highly recommend her, she is amazing!
