  TLC has been great. They do their best to accommodate my family's transportation needs and always hit the mark. They're super communicative and all the staff we've had the privilege to work with have been both professional and informative. Even if there was a miscommunication. Additionally the drivers we've had have been professional and drive safely as well.

  *DENIED MY DISABLED MOTHER THE USE OF A WHEELCHAIR* and let her suffer instead.<br><br>This company caused my mother and I so much stress. They are rude and lazy and don't care how much suffering a patient is in.<br><br>We finally got her ride to her surgeon's office and the driver refused to let her use the wheelchair to go from the van to the front door. Her driver, John, watched her struggle and sob in pain with every step while saying she wasn't "cleared" for that level of care.<br><br>We told several operators prior to pickup she needed medical transport but she was still DENIED USE OF A WHEELCHAIR AFTER SPINAL SURGERY! We were not told this until we already arrived at her dr appt and she had no choice but to exit the vehicle. The driver watched her sobbing in pain and giving me obnoxious answers when I asked him what is wrong with this company and how would he feel if this was his mother.<br><br>She had her spine fused in 3 places in May but no one at this company cares one bit.

  TLC is the best most reliable professional company. The office calls an hr before the pick up to confirm. The drivers are very courteous and I feel very comfortable during my Journey. I highly recommend this company.
