  Just to say - this is maybe my second google review in 40 years - but what happened what so crazy I had to write to let the restaurant know about it.<br><br>My partner and I came here for a date night 2 Sunday evenings ago for the first time. We reserved a 6.15pm dinner and ordered the full omakase $100 a head. It was quiet - another couple at the sushi counter and 2-3 tables of 3-4 guests. Fish was fresh and our meal was going well until an older lady came in to pick up her sushi delivery.<br><br>The chef working - who the whole restaurant found out was called Kevin because of his insane behaviour - flew into a rage and started loudly berating one of the servers in Korean (we speak it) - before shouting at the woman from behind the sushi counter and waving his hands in her face that her order takes an hour and she would have to wait 20 minutes. The woman said ok and waited. He then came back to her about 5 minutes later again screaming and waving his hands in her face about it taking

  My boyfriend and I decided to try the BOGO special omakase deal, which comes with 5 appetizers and 18 pieces of nigiri in total.<br><br>Honestly, we expected the experience to be more like a traditional omakase, where the chef explains each dish as it is served. Unfortunately, that wasn't really the case. They served 6 nigiris on a plate (3x). We were served our first dish very quickly after being seated, and the waiters were the ones explaining the dishes. However, the explanations were very brief and vague. They only explained the appetizers and 6 out of the 18 pieces of nigiri.<br><br>It was also pretty obvious that some of the staff were new and still in training. When we asked whether we had received everything so we could get our check, they weren't sure which dishes had already been served. We actually had to show them a picture I had taken to keep track of what we had received.<br><br>After we finished, we asked for the check but ended up waiting about 15 minutes. Eventually, I

  We waited 1 hour after we ordered for our soups to arrive, sushi arrived between 1.25-1.5 hours in fits and spurts, with 2 people never receiving several things they ordered. Food was good but very small portions and very $$. Terrible awful service

  Went during lunch hour on a Saturday. Sashimi and sushi were good. But the uni hand roll was very subpar especially it costs 21 dollars. The seaweed wrap was already soggy, which is a huge no-no for hand rolls.
