  I cannot say enough good things about Walter Gorman and the CrossCountry Mortgage team. This was my first time buying a home, and after more than a year of working toward it, I finally purchased my home in Rahway, New Jersey, using a conventional loan.<br><br>Walter was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions I had, he was always responsive and patient. There were so many times I texted him outside normal business hours or even on non-business days, and he would still get back to me promptly. His team was just as amazing--they consistently called to update me, responded to emails quickly, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.<br><br>What really stood out to me was how much Walter genuinely cared. At one point, I needed help understanding something important, and he personally called me to explain it even though he was attending his child's graduation that day. From start to finish, Walter was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with.<br><br>Any time we had a question about our conventional 30-year loan or the mortgage process, Walter was incredibly quick to respond and always took the time to explain everything clearly.   Every interaction with Walter and his team was extremely pleasant! Everyone was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were updated every step of the way and alerted before each email. I appreciated the personal calls and even the email they sent on my birthday!
