Called. Set up appointment with therapist. Therapist came here for 1 evaluation. Was supposed to come back for other household member and never did. I called Link again and they said they would contact therapist. Therapist called and said she had personal home problems and would start again in about 2 weeks. Finally get a call back from therapist in 3 weeks. Set up appointment with time and day. Never came and never called. I called Link and have left several messages and no one has called me back since then. I finally went to another therapy place with better communication. This is the reason why I would never use Link again nor recommend.
