  Rude office staff. Photos arrived with some misprinted and another missing. Took 2 months for resolution. Team photo was an odd, edited cut/paste image. Do NOT recommend.

  This studio should have a zero. They come to school to take a picture and give zero care. Children with longer hair needs little help. They took a picture of my child with hair completely covering his face and expecting me to pay for it.

  Realtime review 1/17/25 My daughters appt was at 1:15 and we arrived at 12:26 and sat in the car until 1.We go in to check in because it ask you to arrive a little early to register on the website!We get inside what is the smallest waiting room ever and there is a lady with 4 big boys with her!Mind you it's only 5 seats in this matchbox waiting areas.So I ask receptionist if all of them were taking pictures and says only two!!Now correct me if I'm wrong!Its says on the website only one person allowed to accompany the person taking the pictures!So of course her resolution is to say to me "Oh you can wait in the car if you want and I'll give you a call when they go up" instead of doing the right thing and telling the lady the ones she have with her can wait in the car!Mind you these are big kids,but of course because we are of darker skin and the lady was not she didn't open her mouth to the lady!! Here it is I'm sitting in the car and it's 1:20 and we are still sitting in the car SMH!!

  Marcel Studios takes terrible portrait photos of children at school. Then give excuses why they can't do a better job. Do not hire them.

  I spend more the $400 on pictures and I ordered from them but the frame was of poor quality, nothing to what the Marcel studio website said it was to be. The frame could have been bought for $40 at a dollar store , instead of buying a frame from Marcel studio for more then $100. I called and they said that they can not receive it or give me a refund because it has been used. How could this "expensive frame" be used if it doesn't sustain any of the photos and it's made of very cheap plastic, like I said for more then $100. This is unbelievable, and I really hope this helps other people realize what they're really buying.
