  Merendino realty is the best realtor you can really ask for! We have worked with many different realtors in the and would only work with Aldo now. He is a go getter, such a hard working personality! We would highly recommend him.

  Francesca busciglio shame on her i was purchasing a house she was seller realtor she called my realtor we accept your offer send the paperwork to sign and everything i was ready to purchase the house we was waiting all day from 10am morning to get done util 5pm she said no someone offer 27k more on top just shame on her trying to make me put more money<br>I lost the house that i loved because off her<br>It was not about the money but she played dirty games<br>Im gonna make sure non off my friends or anyone i know make deal with her Again shame on Francesca

  10/5 stars. Our real estate agent, Susan Z, was outstanding--she was referred to us by another agent for her intimate familiarity with Bergen county and North Jersey. While house hunting, we became most drawn to her home turf here in and around Hackensack area and it is center-stage in this red-hot housing market. Intelligent, experienced, persistent, courteous, and hard-working, our agent's talent and enduring efforts made us homeowners. Her referrals for our attorney and mortgage lender were also on point as they helped us out a lot too at very affordable rates despite many obstacles. She has your best interests in mind regardless of the stage of the process you're in. We are incredibly grateful--Thank you!

  I've worked with this company on several real estate deals. They have always been attentive and helpful. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be living in my beautiful new home!!
