Veda by Nitu's is an Ayurvedic wellness studio in Rutherford, NJ -- a holistic healing sanctuary rooted in ancient Indian tradition, and sister studio to Nitu's Threading Salon in Bergen County. Our treatments include full-body lymphatic steam therapy with herbal alkaline water, red light therapy to reduce inflammation and puffiness, Shirodhara (warm oil therapy for deep relaxation), Paadabhyanga (therapeutic foot reflexology), and Mukhabhyanga (rejuvenating facial reflexology). Select rituals are paired with herbal steam and Ayurvedic wellness drinks for a complete healing experience. New to Ayurveda or a longtime wellness seeker -- every detail at Veda is rooted in tradition, intention, and luxury.

I booked the lymphatic drainage massage with herbal steam and red light therapy, and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish.<br>Nitu took her time and did such a wonderful job. Her attention to detail and calming presence made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the entire session.<br>Veda also treated me to foot reflexology, which felt incredible and provided so much relief for my tired feet. Every part of the experience was thoughtful, professional, and rejuvenating.<br>I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and renewed. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for self-care and wellness, and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for making it feel so special for my birthday!

My mother and I had the Ayurveda scalp detox and it was very relaxing. Nitu took good care of my mom and spent time with her while it was my turn. I felt peaceful and calm after the treatment. The experience was very personalized and thoughtful. I can't wait to try the other treatments!

They do an amazing job here! I recently came in for a hair oil massage and it was incredibly relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed .I highly recommend it if you need to unwind

I've been going to Nitu's Threading salon to get my facials and eyebrows done for a while. When Nitu told me about Veda, I was intrigued because I saw the results from my facial. I went and got a full body detox with lymphatic drainage and red light therapy, and it was an amazing experience. I felt so relaxed, and so light physically. I've noticed a difference with my face and bloating. I would definitely say this is an experience and better than just any full body massage!
