Dr. Kennedy is always efficient in improving my hearing. When one brand didn't work quite right, she had me try a different one. Her efforts have continually improved my hearing experience. She has patience in working with me to get the adjustments right.<br><br>She is able to handle my appointment requests on short notice, and has been very helpful as we corrected warranty issues without a fuss.<br><br>I recommend her very highly.

Tatyana, I would like to thank you for your patience and time for guiding me through the entire hearing test and recommendation of my hearing aid. I have been using my hearing aid for approximate one month and it has been a game changer. My hearing is excellent, I can now engage in all conversations even when in a noisy place.
