Ordered a drip coffee, was given & charged an americano without being told that their coffee machine is down. Zero communication, had I known, I would've gotten a different drink. Doesn't matter if thats the "closest thing to drip coffee", it's not what I wanted.

absolutely terrible. I order 3 iced coffees to go and they wanted me 18% tip while giving me a HOT coffee. to be honest, the employee looks like the first day on his site

Worst location ever. employee were playing on phones and talking to each other. i waited 20 mins in line when 5 employees were just talking to each other instead of taking customers. worst experience ever. have been going to starbucks everyday for past 11 years but never saw this much careless employees.
