<br><br>George Buitrago is truly exceptional. I train hard every day, and my body definitely lets me know it, so having someone I can trust with my recovery and physical care means everything to me. George consistently treats me with such incredible kindness, patience, and genuine care.<br><br>What I appreciate most is how attentive he is. He listens to what my body is telling him, adjusts what he is doing when necessary, and never makes me feel rushed or like I am just another appointment on the schedule. Whether he is working with me through physical therapy or massage, I always feel like I am in incredibly capable and compassionate hands.<br><br>When you push your body as hard as I do, recovery isn't a luxury--it's part of being able to keep doing what you love. George understands that. He has become such an important part of keeping me moving, training, and feeling like myself.<br><br>Beyond being wonderful at what he does, he is simply a kind human being, and that matters so much.

George is fantastic! I started working out with him a few months ago and from day one, he listened carefully to my concerns and tailored my workouts accordingly. He pays close attention to how you move and exercise, and he's always helping you improve your form and technique. You can really tell that he cares about his work and about his clients' progress and that genuinely makes working out with him fun! Highly recommend George!

George puts true thought into understanding your lifestyle and how this might effect your body & how to best address this through massage. It is focused on recovery and being therapeutic. 10/10!
