This sprinkler company seriously failed in every part of the job. Their maintenance is terrible -- about 70% of my plants died because the irrigation system wasn't delivering water properly. Several sprinklers weren't even installed in the right areas, and some were placed way too close to a main street, where passing trucks and SUVs eventually broke them.<br><br>When I tried to address the issues, nothing was actually fixed. It's clear they do not understand proper irrigation design, placement, or long-term maintenance. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you care about your landscaping or want a system that works reliably.

For starters, we did not install your system. You called us simply to service your system. We made several attempts to clean up the pre-existing mess another company made. You asked us to install sprinklers near the road to water the lawn area and never mentioned new plantings. (Which you added after we left and didn't notify us of), and only called us back after they were planted and died. You simply assumed the lawn zone would water the plants as well. We went back multiple times to adjust zon
