  Not a place you should consider moving in without research.<br>There have been many alarming problems regarding the management of the property and the well-being of the residents. We are being bothered daily by the Tenant living above us, and there is constant surveillance. There are men residing within the building that the Superintendent knows about, yet the management keeps ignoring our reports. Every day, these men continue to intimidate us from behind the walls, and it feels inappropriate. We have reported this multiple times, but the property has taken no action and claimed it is not possible to solve. We have experienced several break-ins from the same person. We are caught between the stalker above us and two unfamiliar homeless men with a dog who are living inside the structure. We are advised the security guard leaves at 11 pm this is obviously something new as previously they were working at night ? Another major Flaw.   It is imperative for the public to carefully evaluate the circumstances surrounding this Property before making any decisions. Although the property may appear to be Financially accessible, there are numerous Factors that potential Tenants or Brokers should take into Account. We relocated to this Property 1111 River Road, Edgewater, NJ at the beginning of the Year and have encountered a series of troubling issues, Particularly with a Tenant who has exhibited stalking behavior, created disturbances, and engaged in other unlawful activities on the premises. While the Property itself is reasonably maintained, there are significant concerns regarding Safety. Although Security personnel are present at the Entrance, they do not possess comprehensive oversight of the entire Property. The Superintendent of the Building presents a concerning image, characterized by a tough demeanor of a Thug, and noticeable large jewelry hanging off his ears.   Flood in my kitchen on the first floor for 4 days due to a clog in the general pipe. All used water from the neighbors is coming out of my kitchen. I have sent emails and made calls but there has been no action. This is the worst management ever
