Very rude and unprofessional owner. The place was empty, yet when I tried to ask about a walk-in for my son, he cut me off mid-sentence and told me to call next time to make a reservation. On the Google Profile it says walk-ins welcome so he should review the information he puts out there.<br><br>There will not be a next time. I would never give my business to a place that feels so unwelcoming - especially one that is meant to serve children and families. Another mother there was shocked by the way I was spoken to and regretted giving them business.<br><br>The person I believe to be the owner (short Asian man) should seriously reconsider how he speaks to potential customers and learn basic customer-service professionalism.<br><br>And the steep stairs up to the second floor are difficult and dangerous if you have kids.

This is a great painting place. The space is comfortable and homey, it almost has a nice living room kind of vibe, with lots of options to paint. The instructor Sarah was absolutely wonderful with my daughter, amazingly helpful and patient. We will definitely be returning.

It's a huge rip off!! They charged me $94 for 2 small pottery items!! It feels like a scam even. NOT WORTH GOING HERE!!<br>In response to your reply: That didn't happen when I was there. The prices weren't disclosed until the very end

Honestly the experience was fun as I did get to paint, but the prices were absolutely ridiculous. About 65-70 dollars for almost anything other than a mug. They also call themselves a cafe but don't serve coffee. The pottery isn't even hand made! You also have to wait TWO WEEKS to be able to get your piece back, due to the fact that they have to glaze it. Would recommend choosing another location.
