  The area and apartment is generally nice but management takes forever to respond to maintenance requests. We have had problems needing attention for almost two months now without any resolution. Our bathroom ceiling has water damage that has gotten worse over the last 2 months with no action despite multiple maintenance requests. We were given 3 key fobs originally when we moved in. 1 key fob didn't work and was taken away within a week of moving in. Now another one has been broken for 2 weeks and no response from management to fix it. Management does not respond to maintenance requests, emails, or calls. Two times now the manager said they would come but would end up being a no show with no heads up. We would wait for them all day but they didn't show and would not answer emails or calls

  I don't know if the other reviews were before we got here but there is no Tony anymore.<br><br>Management is terrible at following up with maintenance requests. When we moved in the apartment was "clean" but there's a lot of shoddy work such as a bunch of stuff being crooked, the vents not being cleaned out before move in, stuff left behind by the previous tenants and not cleaned out and the like.<br><br>We had a maintenance request to get some bathroom issues resolved and still haven't gotten a follow-up from management. Also considering how this is supposed to be a newly "renovated" unit but within the first month of moving we already had the bathroom roof leak and the paint rip.<br><br>Its a shame considering the apartment and location are nice but management did an a shoddy job and also terrible at following up. If you decide to move here you should learn how to do your own handyman work otherwise don't expect management to help you any time soon.

  Our Super Tony is insanely dependable and gets the job done. He drops off our packages at our door, so we don't have to walk down to the mailroom to get them. Glad he's here for us when we need him!
