Ted the owner was incredible with fixing my car and his experience with vehicles is unmatched. I was in an accident where my rear bumper was torn off and everything needed to be fixed. Not only did he get my car back quickly but I was driving it in the same condition as I did leaving the dealership!<br><br>If you are in need of a local small business mechanic GO HERE! He is trustworthy, honest and knows what he is doing.

I thought this guy at Precise was going to fix my vehicle and he never did. My vehicle sat in his shop for 8 days under the guise that he couldn't obtain the part. Well I found out the mechanic lied, my part could've been purchased at one of his providers 2-3 blocks away. I even paid an outstanding balance he said I owed. Thinking this may have been the delay. The guy wasn't returning my phone calls and ignoring my messages, I thought this was not only DISRESPECTFUL but totally unprofessional. On the 8th day I had my truck towed OFF of his property and onto a REAL mechanic, who was professional and courteous and had my issue resolved immediately. You cannot have a successful business being petty with ill-will and a hidden agenda.
