  This organization promotes cookie cutter approach to all students to bring everyone to certain level.<br>It can only work for mediocre students with low expectation to get slightly better.<br>If your child is good and strive to become the best or if your child is struggling and needs real help then stay away.<br>Most of the teachers here are undergrads working on an hourly basis for temporary and NOT state certified real teachers.<br>Materials are mostly amalgamation from various books available open source.<br>Teachers go by printed solution without teaching concepts.<br>4-5 kids from different grades are taught together in same table - by teaching I mean they are given a workbook<br>to do it and shown the solution when they can't do it!!<br><br>On top of all this they promote "Special Rules" for example -<br><br>This year's Critical thinking challenge scored my son (2nd grader) scored the highest.<br>however he was not allowed to participate in final round because he is too young !!<
